Collaborative research
My research connects human movement science with machine learning, sensing, rehabilitation, and assistive robotics. Together with colleagues and students, we use video and wearable sensors to understand how people move and develop technologies to evaluate movement across people and settings. We also design and evaluate interventions to improve movement, from rehabilitation to physical assistance.
